RealService Quest will soon be adding an extra layer of protection for your account. Called two-factor authentication, or 2FA, this is a code that you enter when logging in to Quest.

The code can be sent to you by email or SMS message, or generated on your phone using an authenticator app.

As part of these changes, you will need to reset your Quest password by using the forgot your password link. We will be in touch with all users of Quest as we get closer to the launch.

Authenticator apps

We recommend using an authenticator app. This is the most secure and convenient way to generate your login code.

You may already be using an authenticator app, but if not we recommend one of the following apps which are available from either the iPhone or Android app stores.
